Nicholson Terminal & Dock Company offers comprehensive vessel repair services including a full function dry dock. We have over eighty years of experience working on the repair needs of Great Lakes and Ocean vessels. Our services can range from minor repair jobs to complex major repairs.
We regularly perform maintenance work on tugs, barges, cargo handling vessels, and passenger carrying vessels.
These services are provided on a year round basis. Non-shipping season and winter storage can also be provided.
Machine Shop Services
To complement our vessel repair services Nicholson Terminal & Dock Company maintains and operates a full service machine shop. Unique vessel repair services can be addressed as well as non-vessel machining services.
We maintain a highly skilled staff of mechanics and machinists to conduct the machine shop activities.
Our people have extensive experience in most vessel related machining and fabrication.
