As a full service company we handle many types of cargo & commodities. We maintain the proper equipment and facilities to handle many different cargos, such as steel slabs, hot and cold rolled steel coils, and steel plate. In addition, bulk products like mill scale, cold bricketted iron and other ferrous metal alloy materials are handled effectively and efficiently.

We are also equipped and experienced in handling most heavy lift project cargo, including machine presses and a variety of manufacturing equipment.

Our impressive equipment inventory includes a full range of modern cargo handling equipment. This includes a fleet of forklifts, tractor-trailers, crawler cranes, gantry cranes, magnets, crane buckets and locomotive engines.

The company has an impeccably good relationship with its employees. The company has never incurred a work stoppage or slowdown in its entire history. The company employs approximately 100 individuals year round and approximately 250 individuals during the peak of the shipping season. The International Association of Machinists S-46 and Local 82 represent the company's hourly employees.

Our stevedoring services are enhanced through the support of a well-trained and effectively operated Traffic Department. This customer interface function is supported by a new computer network (inventory management system.) This system and our Traffic Department staff can provide all cargo related information necessary for the movement of bulk or itemized material.

200,000 square feet of warehouse storage facilities, of which 60,000 square feet are heated, complement our stevedoring services. These facilities are located on approximately 47 acres of property.
